Start from a sample workspace
The samples contain real, openly licensed material. You can edit them and invite people as you would in any workspace.
Create a sample workspace
Section titled “Create a sample workspace”-
Open the workspace switcher in the top bar and choose Create workspace.

Under Start with, choose Sample.

Pick a sample from the list.
Workspace name fills in with its name. Change it if you like.

Choose Create workspace.
The workspace opens at its Start here document. You are its owner.
During first-time setup, you can choose a sample on Create your workspace instead.
If the list says Samples need an internet connection., check that the computer running Stuga can reach the internet. Stuga downloads the sample list and the sample you choose.
Practise reviewing AI changes
Section titled “Practise reviewing AI changes”Sample agent is the name on changes prepared for the sample. Its comment mentions you, and its suggested edits wait for you to decide.
- Choose Review AI edits in the sidebar.
- Open an item with suggested changes.
- Accept or reject each suggestion, or the whole set.
The sample’s suggested changes apply when you accept them. Other people don’t see pending document text.
Real AI document-text and database edits also wait for review by default. An item’s owner or someone with the workspace’s Owner or Admin role can let edits apply directly.
