Connect Cursor, VS Code and other apps
If you use Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex, start with its guide below.
Find the options for your app
Section titled “Find the options for your app”- Open Settings → Your AI agents.
- In App, select your app, or type its name in Search apps.
Stuga shows options for Cursor, VS Code, Kiro, Goose and LM Studio, including buttons such as Add to Cursor. These links fill in your Stuga address. After trying a setup, ask your app to find a Stuga document to check the connection.
Antigravity, Pi and DeepSeek Harness have their own setup instructions on the page. Copy any commands from Stuga so they use your address.
Choose access
Section titled “Choose access”If your app opens Stuga’s approval page, choose its Workspaces and Access, then Allow.
Some options use a key: a secret your app keeps to access Stuga. Before choosing Create key, set its Access, Lifetime and any folder limits. Other clients shows settings for apps that need a key, with your address filled in.
Edits to document text and databases wait for review by default. An item set to Let AI edits apply directly applies edits at once. To end an app’s access, use Revoke under Connected agents.
- Connect Claude Desktop: install Stuga’s setup file.
- Connect Claude Code: copy the command from Stuga.
- Connect Codex: set up and approve Codex.
- Choose what an AI tool can reach: understand access and folder limits.
