Join a workspace you were invited to

Create your account

Section titled “Create your account”

  1. Open the invite link.

    The page says Create your account, with You’re invited. Create an account or sign in to join. above the form.

  2. Type your name in Full name. It’s optional.

  3. Pick a Username. You sign in with it.

  4. Choose a Password. Stuga shows what it needs as you type.

  5. Choose Create account.

You’re in the workspace you were invited to.

Sign in with your organization’s account

Section titled “Sign in with your organization’s account”

If your team signs in with an organization account, choose the sign-in button naming your organization, and sign in there.

The first time, Stuga asks you to Create your account: pick a Username and choose Create account. If you already have an account in this Stuga, choose I already have an account, enter its username and password, and choose Link and sign in.

Join with an account you already have

If you already have an account in this Stuga, choose Sign in under Already have an account? and sign in. On Join this workspace, check the account it names, then choose the join button naming your account. To join with another account, choose Use a different account.

If it doesn’t work

Section titled “If it doesn’t work”
  • Can’t join this workspace: ask whoever sent the link to check it or send you a new one.
  • The page doesn’t open at all: the person who set up Stuga can help, with Open Stuga on other computers and phones.
