Create a workspace
Section titled “Create a workspace”-
Open the workspace switcher: the workspace’s name in the top bar.

Choose Create workspace.

Under Start with, choose Empty, Sample or Import.

Enter a Workspace name. For an import, leave it empty to use the file’s name for the workspace.

Under Who can use new documents?, choose Everyone can edit, Everyone can view or Private to creator.

Choose Create workspace.
The new workspace opens. You are its owner, and you can invite people to it.
Each workspace has its own content, membership and sharing. People can belong to more than one.
Switch between workspaces
Section titled “Switch between workspaces”Open the workspace switcher and choose a workspace. To add people to that workspace, open Settings → This workspace → Members.
An AI tool reaches the workspaces you chose when you connected it. If you selected Also workspaces I join later, it can reach new workspaces too.
Rename or delete a workspace
Section titled “Rename or delete a workspace”In Settings → This workspace → General, someone with the Owner or Admin role can change Workspace name, then choose Save.
Only an Owner can delete a workspace: under Danger zone, type its name and choose Delete workspace. This permanently deletes its content, members and AI tool keys.
Add a shortcut to another Stuga
Section titled “Add a shortcut to another Stuga”In the switcher, choose Add another node…, enter a Label and URL (its web address), then choose Add. The shortcut appears under Other nodes. Each Stuga has its own sign-in.
- Invite people — add members to the new workspace.
- Start from a sample workspace — try Stuga with sample material.
- Choose what an AI tool can reach — choose workspaces for an AI tool.
