# Stuga > A team wiki of pages and tables on a computer you own. Your AI writes it: say “Save to Stuga” in Claude, Codex or another AI tool. By default each change to the wiki waits for a person's approval, and a folder can ask for a colleague's. Free and open source. Start with [Stuga at a glance](https://stuga.dev/docs/start-here/stuga-at-a-glance). - One person installs Stuga on a Mac with an M1 chip or newer and macOS 15 or later ([the Mac package](https://stuga.dev/download/mac)), or with Docker on a Linux server or a NAS. Everyone else opens it in a browser. - Say “Save to Stuga” to a connected AI tool and it files each point on the right page or table row, correcting the sentence it changes; “Ask Stuga” answers from the wiki with who last changed each page and when, and what still waits for approval. - Each folder, page and table has a review level: reviewed by whoever asked the AI (the default), reviewed by a colleague (someone else who can edit it, from the folder's approver group if it names one, never the person who asked), or AI edits apply directly (still recorded with the AI tool's name, and revertible). - AI tools connect over MCP: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Kiro, Goose, LM Studio, Antigravity, Pi and DeepSeek Harness. Each person connects their own, and it reaches only what that person can. - Pages, tables and files are stored on the computer where Stuga is installed. For built-in AI, text stays there when every AI service it uses runs there, such as Ollama. - Source code: [GitHub](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga), AGPL-3.0-only. ## Documentation Sets - [Abridged documentation](https://stuga.dev/llms-small.txt): a compact version of the documentation for Stuga, with non-essential content removed - [Complete documentation](https://stuga.dev/llms-full.txt): the full documentation for Stuga - [Start here](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/start-here.txt) - [Install and set up](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/install-and-set-up.txt) - [Documents](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/documents.txt) - [Databases](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/databases.txt) - [Search and Ask](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/search-and-ask.txt) - [AI tools](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/ai-tools.txt) - [People and workspaces](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/people-and-workspaces.txt) - [Bring work in and out](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/bring-work-in-and-out.txt) - [Look after Stuga](https://stuga.dev/_llms-txt/look-after-stuga.txt) ## Notes - The complete documentation includes all content from the official documentation - The content is automatically generated from the same source as the official documentation ## Optional - [Source code](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga) - [Agents and MCP](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/docs/agents.md) - [REST API](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/docs/api.md) - [Configuration](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/docs/configuration.md) - [Network and HTTPS](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/docs/network-access.md) - [Operations](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/docs/operations.md) - [Architecture](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/docs/architecture.md) - [Changelog](https://github.com/stuga-dev/stuga/blob/v0.2.1/CHANGELOG.md)
